• Is God real? Is God a Spirit, a force, a vibration or just "pure emptiness"?
• Is He a Creator? Is God the God of a particular ethnic group such as the Jews?
• Is God one God or are there many gods?
• Is God a Chaotic Magician or does He work by laws that abide forever?
• Is God just and fair and moral? Is there such a thing as right and wrong?
• What does/will God do to us if we do things that are wrong?
• Is God merciful to sinners like Jesus said or does he punish all sinners in everlasting fire or does He just annihilate them?
• What does it mean that God is love?
• How are God and "the Life Force" connected? Are they one and the same?
• Is God the ground of all truth

The e-mail group is the heart of the Quest For God website and the place where we share our thoughts and ideas with each other.

Group members write an e-mail containing their thoughts and send it to the list. The e-mail goes to all members of the list who read it later on when they read their e-mail They then reply to what you have said. Replies should be in a spirit of love.

The topic of discussion should stick to the theme "who is God and what is He like". We have the difficult job of talking about God and discovering Him together. Its important we stick to the topic.

If posts get off track I (John Edmiston, the group moderator and website owner) will gently indicate that a return to topic is in order. I am an interdenominational "Franciscan Baptist Pentecostal" Christian who serves as a missionary in the Philippines. I am interested in people and what they believe about God.

To get off the list just click unsubscribe and do the same thing as above.

We use Yahoo Groups to host the list and occasionally they put advertisements in things but they are generally pretty tame. The ads are not under my control. Anyway, subscribe to the Quest For God list, send in your thoughts and talk with others about God.
